"Exchange process looks organized, but wow it’s slow"
I tried to exchange my order and, to be fair, they do seem to have a system in place — it’s just not one that moves very quickly. Replies took forever, and I’m still waiting to get my money back. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely more of a hassle than it needed to be.

"Quality feels all over the place"
I don’t know what to make of this order. One piece was decent enough, but the next one felt super thin and cheap, like it came from a totally different place. The sizing was inconsistent too, which is frustrating when you’re ordering from the same site. I thought about reaching out, but I don’t really trust customer service to do much besides give me the runaround. Overall, it just felt like more hassle than it was worth.

"The waiting kind of ruined the excitement"
I was really looking forward to getting my order, so at first I kept checking the tracking like, “Okay, maybe it’ll be here tomorrow.” But the days just kept passing, and there weren’t many clear updates to let me know what was going on. By the time the package finally showed up, I was more frustrated than excited. The items were fine, but the long wait took a lot of the fun out of it. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the shipping situation improves.

"Discount code didn’t really help much"
I saw the promo and felt sure I was getting a decent deal, but when I got to checkout the code barely applied to anything in my cart. Then shipping added enough that it didn’t feel like much of a discount at all. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it just wasn’t as helpful as I expected. Frustrating, honestly.

"Refund process was a mess"
I’m still waiting on my refund weeks later, and every time I reach out, customer service just gives me the same generic response with no real update. Maybe this is just how they handle refunds, but based on this experience, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from REBDOLLS again.

"Way too expensive for what it is!!"
Honestly... I was disappointed with this order!! The clothes looked super cute online, but once they showed up, they were just kind of okay??? For the price, I really expected better quality. And then after shipping was added on, it felt even more overpriced!! I wanted to love everything, but it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. Probably won’t be ordering again...

"Fabric felt cheap and thin"
I was disappointed when I opened my order. The fabric felt thin right away, almost a little rough between my fingers, and not soft like I was expecting. One of the dresses was see-through even in regular indoor light, especially around the skirt, so I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it out.

The fit might work for some people, but the material made it feel overpriced to me. After just one wash, it already looked a bit more worn, like the seams and fabric had lost shape slightly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Looks nothing like the photos"
I ordered a dress from rebdolls and was already annoyed because I felt like I waited forever for it to show up. Then when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The color was way duller in person and the print looked kind of cheap.

The fit was off too, not just in a “different bodies look different” kind of way. The cut didn’t seem the same as what was shown on the model, and it totally changed the whole look of the dress.

I’m disappointed because I bought it based on the website photos and waited all that time for something that didn’t match. If the pictures aren’t accurate, I wouldn’t order again.

"Cute stuff, but the shipping adds up"
I found some really cute things, but yeah, the shipping is kind of pricey. It doesn’t seem like much at first, but it definitely adds up

"I really wanted to like this because..."
I really wanted to like this because it looked so cute online but once I actually put it on it just felt off, the fabric was kind of stiff and started feeling scratchy after a bit and the waistband kept digging in, plus I ordered my usual size and it still felt weird around the arms and stomach. I couldn’t keep it on for more than an hour.

"Apparently My Usual Size Doesn’t Count Here"
I ordered my usual size, thinking that would be a safe choice, but it ended up being way too tight. The size chart was there, technically, but it wasn’t exactly helpful. Kind of disappointing, since I expected it to fit like every other item I own in that size.

"and not much variety for me"
the styles just felt a bit repetitive to me. A lot of the cuts and prints looked similar, and I was hoping for more casual options. It just wasn’t quite my taste.

"Didn’t survive one wash"
Fit was nice at first. I actually liked it. Then I washed it once. Followed the tag and everything. Fabric felt weird after. Seams started coming loose too. Disappointing. Not worth the money if it can’t even make it through one wash.

"They’ve got a nice selection for plus..."
They’ve got a nice selection for plus sizes, which I appreciated. The sizing can be a little unpredictable though, so you might end up trying a couple things before landing on the right fit.

"My order was messed up"
I ordered two dresses, and when the package finally showed up, one of them was the wrong size and the other wasn’t even the dress I picked out. It was a completely different item, so I couldn’t use it at all. I contacted customer service because I figured maybe it was a simple mix-up, but they were really slow to respond, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, but having both items be wrong in some way and then not getting help quickly was annoying. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Customer service NEVER got back to me"
I reached out by email twice about my order and never got a real response. It just felt like once they had my money, they were done with me. SO frustrating. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again.
